4 Ways to Recover Post-Workout⠀

I say it a lot during MCG weekly workouts, "flexibility increases mobility." This means the more you recover your muscles, the more effective your workouts will be.

🧘‍♀️ Stretch: hold each stretch for 30 seconds for 2 or 3 rounds.

🧘‍♀️ Foam Roll: Move up & down lengthwise on top of your roller for 30 seconds.

🧘‍♀️ Percussive Therapy: Use for 30 seconds before stretching your muscle.

🧘‍♀️ Epson Salt Bath: Soak for 10-20 minutes to relax your mind & loosen your muscles.

🧘‍♀️ Breathwork: Inhale for 4 seconds, then exhale for 6 to level up your recovery.

💖 Make sure you’re stretching thoroughly AFTER ever single workout. I always encourage my clients to stretch throughout the day too! Especially when you’re tired AF of staring at a computer screen.
